The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Shipping Policies


Important information on shipping packages:


       We send out all packages from our Hridaypur Store.

       We currently deliver to most cities and towns across India.

       We generally ship your order within 2 working days of order placement. You can expect your order to be delivered to you within 2-3 working days in major cities and 4 to 15 days for other location. You can track your order online once it is dispatched for delivery. You can track all shipments with the tracking number you receive from us. 

       In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 10 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded to the same account which was used to make the purchase.

       While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

       Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations

       Once the product is shipped from our store, the order cannot be cancelled.


Quality of packaging, damaged goods:

       Green Aquascaping is preparing the packages with the best care and using the best packaging materials available. We only put new, factory-state goods in the shipment. All packages are being dispatched undamaged through reputed courier agencies.

       Due to bad handling products may get damaged sometimes. Often courier persons handle badly those packages. So in that case we are not going to change the item until we get any constructive reply from the courier service personals.

       If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, you should contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery, mentioning your order number. We shall investigate the matter and make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
